Consent Orders
You've already agreed on the property split, the parenting arrangements, or both. We'll turn that agreement into a proper, enforceable court order, at one fixed price, reviewed by a family lawyer before it's lodged.
Agreeing on the split is the hard part, and you've already done it. Turning that agreement into something the court will actually enforce is largely paperwork from here, not a negotiation. That's exactly what consent orders are for.
What are consent orders?
Consent orders are a written agreement between you and your ex-partner about property, parenting, or both, that's been approved by a court and made legally enforceable. Unlike a private agreement, a court order can be enforced if one of you later doesn't follow through. Want the full walkthrough of the process? See how consent orders work.
Already agreed and just need it made official? That's the most common situation we see, and it's exactly what this product is built for - read more on our already agreed, formalise it page.
