How much does this cost?

Every product has one fixed price, shown upfront, with no hourly billing. Consent orders start from $1,990 and divorce applications start from $795 - the other products are priced individually and confirmed with you before anything starts. Prefer to prepare it yourself? Our DIY Kits start from $149, a template, guide and checklist, without lawyer review.

Is this legally binding?

Consent orders become legally binding once approved by the court. A binding financial agreement is different - it only becomes binding once each of you has received independent legal advice, which we help arrange as part of that process. A DIY Kit template on its own is not legal advice and is not enforceable until reviewed appropriately.

Do we each need our own lawyer?

For most of our products, one review from an independent family lawyer in our network is enough. For a binding financial agreement, the law requires each of you to get your own independent legal advice - we will explain exactly what that involves.

What if we do not agree on everything?

We only work with situations that are already agreed. If there is still something contested between you, we will tell you honestly and point you to a family lawyer who handles disputes - that is not work we take on.

How long does it take?

Document preparation is usually quick once we have what we need from both of you. Court processing times, where they apply, are outside our control, but we will give you a realistic estimate upfront.
